GOTENMAN TECHNOLOGY is a Spanish engineering company for competition and racing, founded by a team of young engineers in collaboration with Nebrija University. Dedicated to the research and development of vehicles, electronic management systems applied to competition, and custom components, it focuses its activity on the development of prototype vehicles, replicas, high-performance cars, as well as electric vehicles and electronic management and data analysis systems.
GOTENMAN’s Management promotes the implementation of a Quality Management System based on the requirements of the UNE EN ISO 9001:2015 Standard.
To this end, GOTENMAN establishes a reference framework for setting quality objectives that contribute to the continuous improvement of the Management System and its performance, and which will be available to all interested parties.
To fulfill its commitments and achieve its established objectives, GOTENMAN has defined the following fundamental principles:
- Ensure compliance with the legal requirements applicable in the communities where it operates and other requirements that GOTENMAN voluntarily wishes to acquire.
- Maintain the necessary communication channels with clients and other stakeholders to identify their current and future needs, in order to ensure their satisfaction with the fulfillment of their requirements and expectations.
- Establish measures to combat climate change and its effects.
- Respect nature and biodiversity in the environments where GOTENMAN centers are located.
- Support positive economic, social, and environmental ties, prioritizing relationships with local suppliers and utilizing local personnel and services, strengthening partnerships for sustainable development.
- Select suppliers based on quality criteria.
- Commitment to informing stakeholders and identifying their needs and expectations.
- Establish awareness-raising programs for employees, promoting their training and encouraging their active participation.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through the effective implementation of a Quality Management System focused on continuous improvement.
